Melanated Indigenous People’s Claim (MIPC)

There has been a Claim filed with the United States of America Department of Justice on behalf of all the Melanated Indigenous People in America.

Melanated Indigenous People that have been misclassified as, “Black, African-American, Afro-American, Negro, Colored, Mullato, Indian,” etc. We are the descendants of the true original, indigenous people in America, and to this entire planet.
